Hotel Disclaimer
JOSEPH EVE negotiates rates at motels based on an estimated number of attendees. If the number of attendees exceeds our estimate the rate may not be available for the additional attendees. All seminar attendees are responsible for ALL motel/hotel charges, including, but not limited to room rate, taxes, parking, resort fees, incidentals, etc.
Seminar Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made at any time. All cancellations must be confirmed by JOSEPH EVE at least 10 days prior to the event date in writing by email, letter or fax. Cancellations occurring less than 10 days from the event date will be charged a $100 processing fee. Paid registrants will receive a tuition credit minus applicable processing fees. Full tuition will be charged for any registrant who does not show up for the event and has not confirmed their cancellation prior to the start of the event. JOSEPH EVE is not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets and other expenses.
