National Seminars

The national seminars are typically two day programs offered in Las Vegas or other regional locations. The base cost per person is $750 and includes continental breakfast and a hosted lunch with breaks. We offer discounts for multiple registrations from the same Tribe or Casino. We offer a money back guarantee on all of our seminar programs. All of our classes are taught by experienced professionals. The national programs are designed for a diverse group with interaction from the participants. For a fixed fee any of our national seminar programs can be brought to your location.  In addition to our national seminars, we offer customized on-site training that can save significant out of pocket costs.

Customized In-House Seminars

Customized in-house seminars can be a low cost alternative to sending multiple people to a national seminar. Our custom in-house seminars can be attended by up to 40 employees. We will customize the seminar so that it directly applies to your gaming operation. For example, the national Title 31 seminar includes generic tracking forms for casinos. The customized program would include the tracking forms currently used at your gaming operation. You can also mix and match from the variety of topics we offer. This way you will have a custom program for your gaming operation with topics you find are currently relevant at your operation.  As with our national seminars, we offer a money back guarantee on our custom in-house training.

Training Your Tribal Organization For Success

As the tribal gaminindustry continues its rapid nationwide expansion, tribes are facing the same challenge encountered by a host of other rapidly growing private-industry businesses: How do we hire, train, and educate qualified employees and tribal members?

The success and long-term profitability of your tribal organization or gaming operation hinges on how well your organization meets this critical challenge.

JOSEPH EVE offers many nationally-recognized training programs designed to address the needs of different organizational levels within the casino and within the tribe itself. Each of these seminars can also be customized to your specific needs and brought on-site to your location. Since we can provide training and materials for up to 40 individuals, these on-site seminars can be much less expensive than sending multiple employees and tribal members to the national programs.

Our training covers such areas as gaming commission roles and responsibilities, understanding casino financial statements for tribal council members, development of effective internal controls, casino budgeting, internal and external auditing, and auditing information systems. We also develop customized programs that can be tailored to your tribe€™s unique needs.

We have assembled a team of professionals recognized as some of the top speakers in the industry to provide you a broader curriculum to choose from.

Check our seminar schedule for upcoming training, or contact us to work out a specialty training agenda involving the following topics, or we can create a customized program that fulfills your tribe€™s unique requirements:
