THE CHALLENGE:

Bulk TV and Internet, which specializes in offering DIRECTV and Dish Network packages to commercial properties, needed an innovative approach to improve operational efficiencies, gain better control over contract management and billing processes, and integrate with Salesforce CRM. Additionally, Bulk TV and Internet wanted to:

Integrate CRM and financial applications to improve operations.
Do away with legacy system QuickBooks, which often crashed and required regular IT intervention.
Eliminate the need to export data to Microsoft Excel for reporting.
