Joseph EveFounder and Managing Partner
The firm’s visionary founder and Managing Partner, Joseph Eve, is responsible for the success the firm enjoys today. As Managing Partner, Mr. Eve’s role is to set the direction of the firm, improve corporate culture, enforce firm values, and focus on recruitment and retention of key staff members and partners. In addition, he continues to manage a growing list of clients, pursues possible mergers and/or acquisitions of other CPA firms, and is a noted speaker on leadership.
Joe graduated from the University of Montana with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Joe has been a Certified Public Accountant for the past 25 years and is currently licensed in Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, California, Oklahoma, Kansas, Iowa, Michigan, and New York. He has been a Certified Fraud Examiner for the past 15 years. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Montana Society of CPAs.

Todd TimboeAcounting and Auditing Partner
Todd Timboe, Accounting and Auditing Partner, has been with JOSEPH EVE for over 20 years and played a key role in the development of the firm’s government niche. As Accounting and Auditing partner, Mr. Timboe’s role is to ensure quality control standards are met on each engagement. He is the partner in charge on the vast majority of tribal government, housing authority, and tribal college/school engagements. In addition to managing the Great Falls office, he plays an important role in the development of new business for the firm.
Todd attended Phoenix Junior College and graduated from the University of Montana with a B.S. in accounting and a minor in economics. He has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years and is currently licensed in Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, North Dakota, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, New York, and Rhode Island. Todd was the first Certified Fraud Examiner in the state of Montana, having fulfilled the rigorous criteria established by the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Montana Society of CPAs.

Tiffany MaddenBillings Partner and Office Manager
Tiffany Madden, Billings Partner and Office Manager, has been with JOSEPH EVE for 18 years. Ms. Madden was the third partner admitted to the firm in 1995. She was an active partner for a decade before taking a short sabbatical to start her family. As the Billings office partner, she is responsible for ensuring that all reports issued meet the standards set by the Governmental Audit Quality Center. She is also the partner in charge on some of the firm’s largest and most complicated engagements with tribal government clients.
Tiffany attended the University of Montana and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed in the states of Montana, South Dakota, Wyoming, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Prior to joining JOSEPH EVE, she spent several years with a small firm in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Montana Society of CPAs, and has served on the Society’s Governmental Audit Quality Control Committee.

Grant EveGreat Falls Office Partner
Grant Eve was promoted to Partner in our Great Falls Office in June 2012. Grant has several years of experience working with casino enterprises & private organizations. Prior to joining JOSEPH EVE, Grant worked in Las Vegas for Deloitte LLP, in the firm’s National Gaming Practice. He was responsible for the supervision of SEC Public Attestation Engagements, Private Entities, and consulting on the implementation of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002.
Grant’s knowledge of the Gaming Industry has assisted clients in large casino operations, internet gaming, changes in gaming operations (both tribal and commercial), casino fraud, and more.
In November 2011, Grant recieved the honor of testifying in front of the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs regarding Internet Gaming. Grant has also been the keynote speaker at a variety of tradeshows and events, such as the Great Plains Indian Gaming Association, the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association, the Nation Indian Gaming Association (NIGA) Annual Tradeshow, NIGA Legislative Summit, NIGA Midyear and the NIGA’s Internet Gaming Subcommittee.
Grant received his Bachelor of Science Degree and his Masters from Montana State University; and is a member of the MT and NV State Boards of Accountancy, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
