These are crucial financial questions for Tribal operators across the U.S., and in three critical seminars at NIGA 2017, JOSEPH EVE CPAs will bring clarity to uncertainty.

The seminar takes place Tuesday, April 11 at 9 am in Room 30 A at the San Diego Convention Center.

Immediately following, Grant Eve will lead a second panel discussion, “The Four Pillars of Title 31/AML Compliance, Regardless of Casino Size.” Joining as panelists for this session are Coleville Casinos Compliance Officer Cory Orr and Thomas Paramo, Senior Manager of Compliance at San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino. Attendees will learn about the importance of:
1. A system of internal control to ensure ongoing compliance
2. Internal and/or external testing for compliance
3. Training of personnel, designation of a compliance specialist, procedure for using “all available information”
4. Use of automated data programs in ensuring compliance

Also on April 11 at 9 am in Room 26 B, JOSEPH EVE Director of Business Services, Jason Winkler will moderate the panel, “CFOs Speak – Run Lean, Efficient & Effective,” where attendees will learn how organizations must transform their process, technical, and organizational capabilities to lower their costs and adapt to the changing environment.
